If there are space aliens monitoring our culture, I can only imagine what they must be thinking after analyzing the news for the past year and the conclusions they must be coming up with regarding our legal system.

–If you are alleged to have tortured terrorist detainees via waterboarding, you get a $5 million legal defense fund.
(Maybe if Capt. Honors had actually tortured someone, he could have had some due process)
